As well as a small fiction collection we now have the complete collection of the Reading Agency’s Mood Boosting books 2016.
Reading for pleasure has been shown to increase well-being, reduce depression, and increase empathy improving relationships with others.

Knowledge for Healthcare: a Development Framework

Health Education England has published Knowledge for healthcare: a development framework for NHS library and knowledge services in England 2015-2020. The framework articulates an ambitious vision through which the outputs and expertise of healthcare library and knowledge staff will underpin improvements in patient care and safety, experience and outcomes through informed decision-making, and the spread of innovation.
